Our inaugural Blanc de Noir made from Pinot Noir sourced from our Riven Rock Vineyard in Cambria and Stone Corral Vineyard in Edna Valley. Fine bubbles elevate aromas of red-fruited Pinot Noir. On the palate, interesting tropical fruits emerge and are paired with lively acidity. We love the deep mid-palate and gorgeous finish. This already beautiful wine is just at the beginning of its evolution.
